DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes! To purchase electronic gift cards, click here. eGift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions for the recipient to redeem them at checkout. There are no processing fees. Please note that eGift cards must be purchased as a standalone item and cannot be returned or refunded.
WHERE IS MY RETURN?
The return process begins once your package is on its way back to our warehouse. After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether your return is accepted. This process typically takes up to 5 business days from the date the tracking shows "Delivered." Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to get a different size or color is to request a return for your original item via our Customer Account Page and place a new order for the desired item.
CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the product and your order information to help@incloverkorea.com, immediately. We will be happy to assist you with a resolution. Please note that damaged items reported outside of the 14-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If your item is faulty upon receipt, please contact us at help@incloverkorea.com.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery within Singapore typically takes up to 5 business days from the date of shipment.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact us at help@incloverkorea.com immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?
Orders begin processing immediately and typically cannot be changed. If you need to correct an address after the order has shipped, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier (NinjaVan). Please note that address modifications may incur additional fees paid by the customer and may impact delivery times.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayNow. Your card will be charged at the time of checkout.
WHAT IS PAYNOW?
PayNow is a real-time electronic funds transfer service in Singapore. It allows you to transfer funds instantly using a mobile number or UEN, without needing a bank account number. It is available 24/7 for customers with participating Singaporean banks.
