The return process begins once your package is received at our warehouse. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval status. This typically takes up to 7 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued as Store Credit to your email inbox.
Yes! To purchase electronic gift cards, click here. eGift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions for the recipient to redeem them at checkout. There are no processing fees. Please note that eGift cards must be purchased as a standalone item and cannot be returned or refunded.

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to request a return via our customer account page and place a new order. If you prefer a direct exchange, please email us directly at help@incloverkorea.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
How to Cancel: Log in to your Customer Account Page, find your recent order, and select 'Request Cancellation'.
Refund Process: Approved cancellations will be issued as Store Credit to your email, ensuring you can pick out your next favorite item without delay.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information.
Q. How do I apply my Store Credit to an order?
Using your Store Credit is simple and automatic! Just follow these steps:
- Login is Required: To access your credit, you must be logged into your Customer Account or Shop Pay.
- Automatic Application: Once logged in, your available Store Credit will be automatically applied at the Payment section during checkout.
Q. I can't see my Store Credit at checkout.
If your Store Credit balance does not appear at checkout or you experience any issues, please contact our customer support team for immediate assistance.
Q. Are there any restrictions I should know about?
- Checkout Links for Custom Orders: Store Credit cannot be manually applied to Draft Orders or orders created by an admin. For these orders, we will send you a Checkout Link so you can complete the purchase and apply your credit yourself.
- Non-Refundable: Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is valid for in-store purchases only.
- No Expiration Date: Your Store Credit does not expire and can be used for your future purchases at any time.
Q. How can I check my Store Credit balance?
You can view your current balance at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the Store Credit section under your profile.
We sincerely apologize! Please send a photo of the product and your order info to help@incloverkorea.com. Please note that damaged items reported outside of the 14-day return window may not be eligible for a resolution.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If your item is faulty upon receipt, please email us at help@incloverkorea.com.
You don’t need to remember a password! Simply visit customer account page and enter your email to receive a secure one-time login code.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery within Singapore typically takes up to 5 business days from the date of shipment.
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please wait 2 business days as carriers may sometimes scan early. Check your surroundings and mailbox first. If it’s still missing, please email us directly at help@incloverkorea.com so we can assist you in the investigation with the carrier.
Orders begin processing immediately and typically cannot be changed. If you need to correct an address after the order has shipped, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier. Please note that address modifications may incur additional fees paid by the customer.
