ORDERING

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high-volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

  • Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on the following Monday and ship within 2-3 business days.

  • Certain products may have longer processing times, which will be noted on the product and cart pages.

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with an anticipated ship date. Please note:

  • Once your pre-order is placed, the full payment will be captured upfront.

  • If your order contains both pre-order and available items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.

  • We are unable to split orders. If you wish to receive available items first, please place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information. Your order may arrive in several shipments; in this case, you will receive a separate email for each shipment.

TAXES

All applicable taxes (GST) will be added to the order total at checkout in accordance with Singapore tax laws. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate and may vary slightly from the actual amount due to specific tax rate applications.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Cards

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your card will be charged at the time of checkout.

  • PayNow: Simply select PayNow as your payment method at checkout. At checkout, you will choose PayNow as your payment method. You will then be directed to the PayNow website to register and provide payment details. If you are already an PayNow user, just log in to your PayNow account. Then complete your order.

UPDATING ORDERS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or updated as processing begins immediately. To add items, please place a new order.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.

During high-volume periods, an order may be canceled if an item sells out before processing. In this case, a full refund will be automatically issued.

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

For security reasons, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is submitted. We only ship to the address entered at the time of purchase. If you need to redirect a package already in transit, please contact Ninja Van directly (additional fees may apply).
