RETURN POLICY
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect,
please email us directly at help@incloverkorea.com to start your inquiry. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution, such as an exchange or replacement.
Eligibility & Exceptions
14-Day Window: For change-of-mind returns, you must submit a request within 14 days of receiving your item.
Condition: Items must be free from any scents, stains, or signs of wear (e.g., makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks). Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and product nature, the following cannot be returned:
Beauty & Personal Care: Cosmetics, face masks, and skincare products.
Hygiene Sensitive Items: Innerwear and jewelry.
Others: Custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards.
- Log in to your account: Visit our customer account pageand enter your email address to receive a 6-digit one-time login code.
- Select your order: Find the order containing the items you wish to return.
- Submit request: Select the item(s) and the reason for return, then click 'Request Return'.
- Wait for approval:Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our portal will not be accepted.
Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, Store Credit will be sent to your email within 7 business days.
No Expiry: Your store credits have no expiry date and can be used for any future purchases.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you prefer a direct exchange, please mention this in your self-service request or
please email us directly at help@incloverkorea.com to start your inquiry.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: In Clover Korea will cover all return and re-delivery shipping costs.
Change of Mind: All shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Even for orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost and return fees will be deducted from your refund.
Option A (Self-Return): Ship the item back via a prepaid method. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for a more secure and affordable return.
Option B (Pickup Service): We can arrange a Ninja Van pickup for your convenience. A flat fee of S$6.50 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at In Clover’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unused. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 14 days or in the event there is no proof of purchase, refunds may be issued via an In Clover gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
In some circumstances, we may request additional information, including personal data, for verification purposes. In Clover’s practices relating to the collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
