RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Inclover Korea. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

However, please note that under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore, you have statutory rights in relation to defective goods that may extend beyond this period. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any of your statutory rights under Singapore law.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 

  • New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days, with proof of purchase.

  • Items must be free from any scents, stains, or signs of wear (e.g., makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks).

  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. Untagged items should be returned with their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including PayNow).

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

  • Combined returns (returning items from different orders in one package) are prohibited.

  • Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as cosmetics, face masks, innerwear, and jewelry are non-returnable.

HOW TO START A RETURN 

  • Log in to your account: Visit our Customer Account Page and enter your email address to receive a 6-digit one-time login code.

  • Select your order: Find the order containing the items you wish to return.

  • Submit request: Select the item(s) and the reason for return, then click 'Request Return'.

  • Wait for approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

  • Return Shipping Fee: A flat return shipping fee of SGD 4.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount. We will arrange a NinjaVan pickup for your convenience; simply pack the items securely in their original packaging.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our system will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you prefer a direct exchange, please mention this in your self-service request or contact us directly at help@incloverkorea.com

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITMES

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (beauty products, face masks, cosmetics). For hygiene reasons, innerwear and jewelry are also non-returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless the item is defective.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately us immediately at help@incloverkorea.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is found to be defective, we may offer to repair or replace it. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a full refund or a reduction in price. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (handled via the deduction mentioned above). For any returns handled outside of our standard NinjaVan pickup, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Inclover’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 14 days or in the event there is no proof of purchase, refunds may be issued via an Inclover gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.

In some circumstances, we may request additional information, including personal data, for verification purposes. Inclover’s practices relating to the collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are detailed in our PRIVACY POLICY.
