SHIP METHODS

HOME DELIVERY

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over SGD $60 (applicable to non-discounted items only) within Singapore.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via Ninja Van.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 12 PM SGT (Monday – Friday). Processing begins the same day. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via Ninja Van.

Please note:

  • Standard shipping orders require a processing time of 1-2 business days before dispatch.

  • We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or P.O. boxes.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once shipped, you can track your order via:

  • The link in your Shipment Notification Email.

  • Your Order Confirmation Page (Log in to your account).

  • The Ninja Van website (ninjavan.co/en-sg).

Note: If items from your order are shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that carrier delays can happen. Occasionally, carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” while it is still in the final stage of delivery.

  • Please wait 2 business days after the “Delivered” status appears. Check your surrounding area, mailbox, or building concierge.

  • If you still cannot locate your package after this period, please contact us at help@incloverkorea.com.

  • Liability: Inclover Korea is not liable for missing packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim directly with Ninja Van.

  • Reshipments: We are not currently set up for direct reshipment orders. If a replacement is needed, a new order must be placed after the refund/claim process.

CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?

In Clover Korea orders begin processing immediately and typically cannot be changed. However, once your order has shipped, you may contact Ninja Van directly to request an address correction. Please note that address modifications may delay delivery and may incur additional fees, which are payable by the customer directly to the carrier.
