Please note:

• Standard shipping orders require a processing time of 1-2 business days before dispatch.
• We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or P.O. boxes.
• Our business days are from Mondays to Firdays, excluding public holidays in Singapore.

Once shipped, you can track your order via:

• The link in your Shipment Notification Email.
• Your Order Confirmation Page (Log in to your account).

Note: If items are shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

We understand that carrier delays can happen. Occasionally, carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” while it is still in the final stage of delivery.

Please wait 2 business days after the “Delivered” status appears. Check your surrounding area, mailbox, or building concierge.

If you still cannot locate your package after this period, please please email us directly at help@incloverkorea.com to start your inquiry.

Liability: In Clover Korea is not liable for missing packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim directly with Ninja Van, but we will do our best to assist you in the investigation process.

Reshipments: For defective or incorrect items, we will handle the reshipment at no additional cost to you. For change-of-mind exchanges, we recommend our "Fast Exchange" process: return your current item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Orders begin processing immediately and typically cannot be changed. However, once shipped, you may contact Ninja Van directly for address corrections. Please note that modifications may delay delivery and incur additional fees, which are payable by the customer to the carrier. In Clover Korea is not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from address changes made directly with the carrier.
